Shipping policy
Peakspan delivers across the United Arab Emirates and internationally.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a weekend or a UAE public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on the product and the destination. Courier items are dispatched with a tracked service. Ice baths and saunas travel by scheduled freight — we agree the delivery window with you directly, as described below.
Customs clearance and carrier delays can extend any estimate, and we will tell you as soon as we know about either.
Large equipment
Ice baths and saunas are large-format items delivered by scheduled freight, not by standard courier. After your order is confirmed, our team contacts you to agree a delivery window and to confirm access — lift dimensions, stairs, door widths and the placement of the unit. Delivery is to the point of access agreed with you. Installation, plumbing, electrical connection and removal of packaging are not included unless we have agreed them with you in writing.
Free UAE delivery includes freight delivery of ice baths and saunas to the agreed point of access.
Shipping costs
Delivery inside the United Arab Emirates is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There is no delivery charge on any UAE address, for any product in the range.
For GCC and international destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size of the item and the service selected. The exact amount is shown before you pay — there are no charges added after checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Freight deliveries are scheduled by phone or email rather than tracked parcel-by-parcel.
Customs and duties
For deliveries outside the UAE, import duties and taxes may apply under the rules of the destination country. These are payable by the customer and are not included in the price or the shipping charge.
Damaged, delayed or missing deliveries
Inspect your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, contact us with your order number and photographs and we will resolve it with the carrier:
