What does Shop PEAKSPAN sell?
Three ice baths, three saunas and three red light panels. Choose equipment individually, or select a Starter, Performance or Luxury Set. Our full catalogue is available at peakspan.ae.
What is included in each set?
Each set combines an ice bath, sauna and red light panel. The Starter Set includes the inflatable bath and its matching external chiller. Every set page lists the exact components.
How soon can you deliver?
The Starter Set is our faster-delivery option. The Performance and Luxury Sets ship from Dubai on a schedule confirmed with you. Ask us for availability and a delivery date for your address before ordering.
Where is delivery free?
Delivery is free to the UAE, Saudi Arabia and EU. Other destinations are quoted separately. Import taxes and duties outside the UAE are payable by the customer. See our shipping policy.
How do I check that equipment fits?
Measure the space and delivery route, including doors, lifts and stairs. Check the product dimensions and requirements for power, ventilation, water and drainage. Send our team the measurements if you need help.
Where are the manuals and certificates?
Our document centre links the available supplier records and identifies their model coverage. Contact us for the exact documents you need.
What are the return terms?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened items, subject to the refund policy. Freight collection charges can apply to large equipment. Check the policy before ordering.
