Refund policy

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to change your mind. Tell us within those 30 days, return the product unused and in its original packaging, and we will refund what you paid for it. There is no restocking fee and you do not have to give us a reason.

This applies to every product we sell, including the red light panels. For ice baths and saunas, the cost of freight collection is quoted to you in writing before we collect and deducted from your refund.

How to start a return

Email info@shoppeakspan.com with your order number and tell us what you are returning. We will reply with return instructions and, for large equipment, arrange collection. Please wait for those instructions — items sent back to us without an approved return cannot be accepted or refunded.

What we need back

• The product unused, complete, and in its original packaging, with all accessories, cables, remotes, filters, covers and manuals.
• Any hygiene seal or protective film unbroken.
• Proof of purchase — your order number is enough.

We may reduce a refund to reflect handling beyond what is needed to inspect a product, in the same way you would be able to inspect it in a shop.

Large equipment — ice baths and saunas

The 30-day guarantee covers ice baths and saunas. Because they travel as freight, two conditions apply:

• The unit must not have been filled with water, wired in, connected, or installed, and must be in its original packaging.
• Collection is arranged by us. The cost of freight collection is quoted to you in writing before we collect, and deducted from your refund.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Inspect your delivery when it arrives. If a product arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us at info@shoppeakspan.com with your order number and photographs as soon as you notice.

We arrange collection at our cost and, at your choice where the law allows, repair, replace, or refund the product in full including any delivery you paid. This is separate from, and additional to, the 30-day change-of-mind guarantee.

What we cannot refund

• Gift cards.
• Products damaged by misuse, by installation that does not follow the manual, by unauthorised modification or repair, or by use outside the stated operating limits.
• Consumable or hygiene parts that have been used — for example water filters or replacement covers — unless they were faulty when supplied.

We do not exclude sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still have not seen it, email us.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.

Deliveries into the European Union and the United Kingdom

If your order was delivered into the EU or the UK, you also have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee is longer and more generous, and you can use whichever is better for you. The condition requirements above still apply.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.
